Privacy

The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, the supplier or vendor involved, an expected renewal or decision date, an area of interest, and a message. Only your name, work email, company, and area of interest are required.

Please do not paste contract text, pricing schedules, or other highly sensitive documents into the form. After an initial conversation, we will agree a secure method for exchanging documents.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and to prepare for the renewal exposure check or introductory conversation you asked for. We do not sell this information, add you to a marketing list, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

When you send the form, your details are passed to a small program on Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and delivered as an email to InsightVendor's mailbox. That mailbox is hosted by Apple iCloud Mail. The website does not keep a copy of your submission in a database of its own.

Cloudflare and Apple process your details only to deliver and store that email for us.

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if a conversation follows, for the duration of that discussion. If no engagement follows, the details are deleted no later than 12 months after your last contact with us. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask and we will do so.

This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-focused measurement tool that reports aggregate page views and performance. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other sites.
