Privacy

The contact form asks for your name, company, role, work email, the supplier or vendor involved, an approximate annual spend or total contract value, an expected decision or renewal date, an area of interest, and a message. Only your name, company, work email, and area of interest are required.

Please do not paste contract text, pricing schedules, or other highly sensitive documents into the form. After an initial conversation, we will agree a secure method for exchanging documents.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to prepare for an introductory conversation, and, if you ask for one, to send a sample report when it becomes available. We do not sell this information, add you to a marketing list, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if a conversation follows, for the duration of that discussion. If no engagement follows, the details are deleted within a reasonable period afterwards. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask and we will do so.

This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-focused measurement tool that reports aggregate page views and performance. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other sites.
